Sirio Brozzi

2008 Graduate

Awarded in 2007: Born in Italy and raised internationally, I came to the US in 2003 to pursue a dream to be a game developer. Specifically a concept artist, a career I was told was not a viable path during that time. Yet thanks to the encouragement of friends, family and the kindness of the McMillen foundation I pushed through to prove people wrong. Stubbornness pays off sometimes!

Landing my first internship 6 months before we graduated, it kicked off my career and it’s been quite the interesting ride to say the least. After ten years of working in startups, large companies like Sony and even a brief stint with mobile gaming, I’m now working on my first game as an art director at a startup studio by myself and some friends called Shot One! Another journey that has already proven to be a great learning experience.

I believe in the motto of pay it forward, so please contact me if you have any questions about the games industry or being a concept artist! My email inbox is always open.
